Mobile Patrols and Key-Holding

With significant investment made towards the accountability of our patrols Securesites mobile patrol officers are able to respond to calls in a fleet of GPS-equipped vehicles with ‘live’ reporting: allowing our customers to monitor our response in real time via an online tracker. We are currently one of the few security providers to offer live guard monitoring overlaid on Google earth. In this way we deliver genuine transparency for our customers which is fundamental to the way we work.

The main benefit of carrying out random visits to companies is finding or disturbing activity that otherwise would have continued un-detected and making sure the premises remain secure. 

Key- Holding

Why take the risk of having your staff compromised or worse, off sick through injury? Our staff are trained to deal with any eventuality, completing a full report for your managers to view the next working day, re-securing your premises and if necessary provide patrols for the remainder of the evening.

Your company keys are stored and monitored in accordance with BS7984, each removal and use carefully logged using our key tracker system.

Communication and Lone Worker

Due to our operational areas; our personnel are able to carry UHF radios for fast information transfer, assistance calls and regular supervisor check calls. Our vehicle computer Guard-track GPS system allows the supervisor real time guard location with simply a glance at the monitor.

Portable Intruder Detection Rental

We can rent on a short or long term basis our exterior and interior units, provided you fall within our uhf radio range.

These units are installed in a variety of casings and consists of a high end movement detector connected to a portable radio. When the beam is broken the radio sends an alert call displaying a preset number relating to a customer site. This is then responed to by the nearest patrol officer to investigate the activation.

Lone Worker Buddy

We will except calls from a buddy phone, respond to and provide the necessary actions required for the lone worker. This includes first aid and key man contact.

Portable GPS Rental

We provide a portable GPS device for long and short term usage. This device can be monitored live or a full journey report can be emailed to the hirer on request. Matrimony issues, weekends away, or continual equipment losses; all locations overlaid on Google Earth live with one minute updating.

Key Holder Escort

For companies reluctant to give keys out; we will accept a call from your alarm monitoring company to respond to the alarm and await your nominated key holder, leaving the premises only when the system fault has been reset and the key holder is happy for us to leave.

Timed Closure and Unlock

We provide timed lock up and unlocks for companies that need the flexibility for staff who work out of hours or just want peace of mind that the premises are properly secured each evening.
